At Equity Recovery Services, our mission is simple: helping individuals and businesses reconnect with funds that rightfully belong to them.

Our founder’s professional background includes work with the Superior Court of California, locating individuals with outstanding balances related to felonies, misdemeanors, infractions and victim restitution. Although this journey brought a tremendous amount of experience, one thing became clear—while many systems exist to collect money from people, very few exist to help people recover money that is already theirs.

That realization led to the creation of Hinkle Equity Recovery Services LLC.

Today, our focus is dedicated to locating and recovering unclaimed funds on behalf of our clients. We perform extensive research, documentation, and then contact you to introduce ourselves to explain what we discovered. We coordinate the recovery process from start to finish, making it simple, transparent, and stress-free so you can reclaim what’s rightfully yours. We look forward to serving you.
